Free Range Sheep in France
We breed a selection of French and English Sheep, including Suffolks,Texels and Rouge De L'Ouest.
Our flocks are raised naturally and live outside all year round. They are supplemented on hay over the winter months.
Most of our Ewes lamb outdoors, either in the field or in our especially constructed shelters. The first lambs arrive in late January and they remain on grass for the whole of the summer. This slower fattening process enhances the flavour of the meat.
Breeding Stock is available Early March, from our selection of Ewe and Ram Lambs, whilst Meat Lambs and Mutton are available from September.
